My sister in law sent me a link of what she wanted for Christmas. I ordered it for her and I made the Huge mistake of not realizing you cannot buy from this company without them automatically signing you up for a subscription. So here it is a month later and I'm getting charged for a product I don't want and I had no idea was a subscription when I bought it as a gift. It was my fault for not realizing it was a Crappy subscription service to begin with but now I have to cancel my credit card and report it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! THERE ARE SOOO many other Maks out there that are exactly the same that don't require a subscription.

SCAM!!! I ordered 8 masks during their Black Friday sale beginning of December. 8 masks but the price was almost cut in half so I payed a total of 77 CAD for 8 masks (that's including 7$ shipping). After almost 4 weeks of waiting for the masks I only received one pack of 4 masks. I emailed them saying I was missing 4 masks. They said I only ordered one 4 pack. I asked to see my full itemized receipt with original price, discount, subtotal, shipping and total. My original emailed receipt after ordering only says - 1 bio collagen mask- Black Friday sale. 1 pack of what? 4 or 8 masks? Why would 1 pack of 4 masks cost $77 half off during a Black Friday sale?? The math isn't mathing. Just avoid, this is an obvious scam. I've yet to see a detailed receipt.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM QUASI. They are frauds and sign you up to subscriptions without your knowledge or approval!!! Customer service unhelpful. Having to contact my bank to recoup monies charged to my credit card without my approval. SCAM

They sign you up for a subscription that you didn’t approve and then charge you for a reorder that you didn’t know about or approve. Very deceitful company. DO NOT USE!!!

I would like to give zero stars if possible. This is a scam. I purchased a product expecting a one-time purchase, but the company has been charging me monthly without my consent. Their website does not clearly state that this is a subscription, nor does it provide a way to cancel. This is a misleading and unauthorized recurring charge

Awful product and customer service These masks do not do nothing but cause breakouts and blocked pores and a plastic film over your skin to make it look glass. They also enter you into a subscription without realising and keep sending them and take money until you cancel! Don't do it nothing but a fade trend..one star in too generous

This OFFICIAL QUASI mess is all over my YouTube feed, and I came here to read one SCAM review after another. PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND ANYONE WHO YOU THINK MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY IS A MASSIVE SCAM, and I noticed that the "Customer Service team" does not reply to all the allegations of SCAM. What more proof do you need? This foreign scam company ought to be shut down!!
