Cassie contacted me the moment I put in my order. She answered any questions and gave me a wealth of information as well as some suggestions for my goals. I have never had such amazing customer service and care with any product ever! I highly recommend this company for all your skin needs! Thank you again Cassie. You are my saving grace and angel!!! I saw an ad about Quasi on Facebook and was curious to try it. The checkout process and deals were really great. I didn’t expect it but Cassie reached out to confirm my purchase and address and was extremely kind, even offering me a perk. Overall this has been a great experience and I am overall excited to try the product (I’ll be back with more soon!)

It was easy to navigate, they were helpful and replied to all my msgs. In particular, one about needing to try before subscribing and was directed to how to amend my subscription for the time being. They offered a discount also and also asked to text msg them personally once I've tried it to give them my thoughts. I look forward to receiving my order and trying it out. Fingers crossed guys 🤞

An amazing company to deal with from a customer service perspective. Friendly, proactive, and efficient. I placed an order and was contacted to clarify on address details prior to shipping (solving a potential problem before it had the opportunity to become one) and had a wonderful and genuine interaction with the representative. I have yet to receive the product and will review separately when it arrives. If a prospective buyer has questions before or after purchase definitely don’t be afraid to reach out. One of the best interactions I have had with a company in a long time. If the masks are as good as the service I’ll be delighted.

I love QUASI! It’s the number 1 best beauty products. Just for one use you could see the results. I subscribed every 3 months because that’s all I could afford. I wish I always discounts. But overall I am very happy. It will be my forever beauty routine.
