It took too long & the mask never cleared up. Also very difficult to get out of envelope

I have just purchased this on the official quasi website. Buy 2 packs get one free 12 mask for NZD 124.50, which is quite expensive, but I am probably a fool to their great advertising. I did untick the auto renewal box to opt out of subscription and monthly payments and thus lost the 30% discount, but looking at the reviews it seems that it maybe difficult to get out of subscription if subscribed. Wish I would have seen these reviews earlier. I am having the same problem. They signed me up for auto shipments without my knowledge. Insist that I return at my own expense less 15% restocking fee. This is BS.

Can’t find any legit info about yet, Amazon has many vendors appearing to sell the same product? Supposed to be a Korean skin care company.

Getting a bit worried as mixed reviews, and the good reviews seem a big dodgy. Placed large order and still have not received tracking for over 2 weeks. Emailed them directly with order number requesting tracking and no reply???

Despite careful unpacking the two part mask started to break up. Fit near nose is very poor unless you cut it to get down side of nose to cheeks. Does not stay on unless lying down for full 40 mins. Yes skin feels hydrated but not glass like in appearance!

I love these masks! Purchased on a BOGO Mother’s Day sale, buy 4 get 8 and only received 4😞 Have reached out to their customer service. Will wait and see how they resolve and change review accordingly.

Honestly I’m so disappointed, these have been all over my Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Of course I wanted to try it! But honestly just so disappointed. The masks are cut wonky so you need to trim them down to fit your face. The reviews suggest there is lots of liquid in the packet… not so, it was just enough to have the mask damp. Then I woke and yes it was clear, but my skin just kind of felt sticky. I did as it suggested, cleansed my face, toner only. But just not impressed. The glowy skin these review videos show is just not the case. I wouldn’t waste your money. For information, I bought two packets, used one, hoping to return the other as part of their refund policy as it’s a waste of money.
