The masks were too large for my face, difficult to keep in place, and the results weren’t worth it. We returned both shipments within the 30-day window, but getting approval took multiple emails. Quasi kept offering discounts instead of processing the return. I’m still out $120 and waiting for my refund. My one-star review on their website appears to have been removed. We later discovered numerous online complaints about Quasi that we wish we’d seen before ordering. Their advertised customer satisfaction numbers also seem inconsistent with the reviews available. Think twice before ordering.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It was absolutely terrible; I returned the product and requested a refund, but once they confirmed receipt of the item, they stopped responding to me. They are literally thieves—I don't have the product, and they took my money.

I never received my product and when I asked them for a refund or to reship it they said they couldn't do that so they took my money and refuse to fix the issue do not buy this u will get screwed over

If I could give negative stars I would . These people are criminals. They shipped my order to the wrong address - mind you the correct address was on the order confirmation, the photo of the delivery shows the address on the package is not mine. It has been about 6 weeks I've been going back and forth with them you can't get a live person to save your life and when you get a response from a person it's bs. They tried to tell me it was my fault for not checking the address on my order, I told them the order address is correct their shipping department used the wrong street name, showed them photos they provided about 6 times, then they required me to send them a photograph of my front door, which I did, then they finally said that was enough proof - it's been a month since then and I still have no refund and their latest email (takes about a week between emails to get a reply to your last one) says they are "investigating the matter and appreciate my patience" This is a dishonest business. BEWARE - I've filed a BBB complaint about a month ago that the business still hasn't acknowledged. It makes me laugh when they respon to these reviews saying email them to get it resolved - they don't pay attention to whats written in your emails, they take over a week to respond and when they do they just put you off doing "research" or reply with a response that makes no sense given everything you have already supplied to them. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM and a VERY poorly managed business.

BUYERS BEWARE I ordered one shipment of masks at a "discount" and they automatically set me up for auto shipments. I immediately cancelled the membership they automatically signed me up for which wasn't easy to figure out since there is really no live person who is managing this shady business, all AI bots respond and no phone number to call. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to find out how to return the package and 3 weeks later no refund. I've emailed them numerous times and provided proof that the unopened package was received on 9/1. I sent another email on 9/19 and now I'm getting the silent treatment. Please beware this is a scam and the product isn't that great either. Come on Quasi refund the money already.

This company is staying in business through extortion. They do not make the ordering of their products clear. They advertise that their state of the arts advanced scientific skin masks are on sale at discount. When you purchase the product, unbeknownst to the consumer you are then signing up for a subscription to receive monthly packages at a cost of 40 dollars. Of course there is no direct number. They will promise you with supporting language through emails that they will help but do nothing to rectify the problem. You have to go through other avenues to stop the monthly charges that you did not sign up for.

The masks are nothing special. I get better in the supermarket. There was no indication of subscription and I am having to struggle to get the subscription cancelled with no response. $50 Aust. Is an absolute rip off!!!!

BIG SCAM. I ordered one mask from them and continue to get charged month after month. I did not authorize this. Also the shipment came from China so their "korean" advertising is misleading. This is not a korean brand!
