I bought some products and thought that was it. But they have been attempting to take out further payments. I had no knowledge of this and I have sent a message to cancel this, which has yet been actioned. I am not happy with this company at all.

Unexpected Subscription, Misleading Guarantee, and Disappointing Customer Experience - More Fine Print than Customer Care
I ordered Quasi’s collagen masks after seeing an ad because I wanted to try them once. I had no intention of signing up for a monthly subscription.
Unfortunately, I later discovered I’d been enrolled in recurring monthly deliveries without realizing it. The only indication was tiny “Deliver every month” text beneath the product name, which was greyed out and very well disguised and therefore, easy to overlook. There was no separate subscription confirmation or clear reminder that I had signed up for recurring billing.
To make matters worse, there was no way to cancel the subscription through my account. I had to contact customer service by email to have it cancelled.
My original order was $86.65 CAD. About a month later, I was unexpectedly charged $116.54 CAD for another shipment that I never intended to order. Customer service did eventually cancel the subscription and all future renewals, but only after the renewal had already been processed.
Customer service also acknowledged in writing that the subscription detail is “an easy detail to overlook at checkout,” so they are fully aware of the fact that they are not ensuring that their customers are aware of the subscription they are unknowingly signing up for. That statement reinforced my concern that the subscription disclosure is NOT prominent enough for customers making what they believe is a one-time purchase. I appreciate that they cancelled it, but I don’t think customers should have to discover they’ve enrolled in a subscription after they’ve already been charged…. Especially not when the unexpected renewal was nearly $30 more than my original purchase.
I was also disappointed by the company’s heavily advertised “30-Day Money Back Guarantee.” The advertising makes it sound simple and risk-free, but the actual policy requires customers to pay return shipping, charges a 20% restocking fee on standard returns, requires customers to email for return authorization, and excludes subscription orders from the advertised guarantee. None of those important limitations are highlighted in the advertising.
The return policy also requires customers to initiate a return within 10 days of delivery. While my renewal order was shipped on June 12, I still haven’t even received it as of July 8. Thankfully, their policy starts the return window from delivery rather than shipment, but it highlights how customers can be left waiting weeks for a product they never intended to order in the first place before they even have the opportunity to begin the return process.
What really left a bad impression was that after I finally cancelled the subscription, I received multiple promotional emails encouraging me to sign up again for a 20% discount. Considering my biggest complaint was being unknowingly enrolled in a subscription in the first place, and charged $30 more than the original pricing, those emails felt incredibly tone-deaf.
After my experience, that only reinforced my decision not to buy from this company again.
Finally, the masks irritated my sensitive skin and caused a rash, despite being advertised as “Dermatologist Approved” and “Safe For Sensitive Skin.” I understand skincare products affect everyone differently, but they definitely were not suitable for my skin. What concerned me even more was discovering that Quasi’s heavily advertised “30-Day Money Back Guarantee” specifically excludes refunds or returns if the product causes an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition - the very situation where many customers would reasonably expect the guarantee to apply.
Between the confusing subscription, unexpected renewal, misleading impression created by the refund advertising, and my experience with the product itself, I won’t be purchasing from Quasi again. I also won’t be recommending this company to my family or friends.

I have complained on here before…
I have complained on here before explaining how this company have charged me a substantial Restocking fee (£15) when my parcel did not arrive. I have problems with evri in my area. This company is the only company that has not issued a full refund. I have tried for months to get a full refund. They reply on here saying please email as if they will sort and then give another different excuse why they won't refund. Appalling and I believe illegal practise as they have broken their contract of sale with me and should take it up with Evri not charge me. This time they say I didn't give a full address with no house number I dont have a house number but our farm tigether with our surname appears on Google maps. There is no reason my delivery should not have arrived and Quasi it appears are scammers DO NOT USE.

Hi there, we hear you and we owe you a direct response, not another redirect. We understand this has been going on for months and we recognise how frustrating it must be to feel like each reply brings a different reason instead of a resolution. That is not acceptable and we are sorry. We are escalating your case right now to a senior team member who will review everything from the beginning, including the restocking fee and the delivery issue. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and you will hear back from us promptly. We are committed to resolving this for you properly this time.

A bit disappointing
A bit disappointing from the video I watched. I’ve used my masks and barely noticed any difference. For the cost and advertising I really was expecting more. Have also had my skin break out insanely since using them. If you do give them a try make sure you email them after their first email to unsubscribe to getting the masks sent out by default
Response from OfficialquasiJul 6, 2026
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback — we really appreciate it, and we're sorry to hear the experience didn't meet your expectations. Breakouts can sometimes happen during the first few uses as your skin adjusts to the deep hydration, but if it's persisting, we'd love to help troubleshoot. A couple of things that can make a big difference: applying on clean, dry skin with no heavy products underneath, and trying an overnight wear if you haven't already — that's where most customers see the real transformation. That said, every skin is different, and if the masks just aren't working for you, we do stand behind our 30-Day Glass Skin Guarantee. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll take care of you either way. Regarding the subscription, one-time purchases are always available at checkout — we appreciate you flagging that and we want to make sure the process is as clear as possible for everyone.
Warm regards,
The Quasi Team

Be aware!!!!
First off you can't review them on their site without their approval of the review.
I'm having a hard time getting them to refund my money. I ordered products that cost me $136 which I never received. They keep telling me to contact the carrier and then they sent me another order and charged me $90. I'm on a fixed income and disabled. I can't afford to let anyone just take my money that I need for my care.
I don't know what to do now.
It's been over 2 months now.
They keep giving me the run around.
I never authorized the second charge.
I never received the order I made in the first place. I've sent at the least 10 emails or more only to get the same result everytime. It's very depressing.

Hi there, we are truly sorry to hear about this experience, and we want you to know that we hear you. What you're describing is not acceptable, and we understand how stressful this must be, especially on a fixed income. You should never have to fight this hard to get a resolution. We are escalating your case right now to make sure it gets the attention it deserves. Please send one more email to [email protected] with the subject line "URGENT — Unresolved Order & Refund" and include your order number so we can locate everything tied to your account. We sincerely apologize for how long this has dragged on, and we're committed to making this right for you.

BUYER BEAWARE!
BUYER BEAWARE!! I will never do business with Quasi again. I placed an order and in that original order I have enough masks in my order to last me at least a year and in small print I was automatically signed up for the exact same amount for the next month. The only way I found out this second order was on it's way was because I was looking on my shop account for a different order/different company and found that there was an order from Quasi that had already been shipped and a charge for $318. I emailed them about returning it a couple times, but they emailed me to tried to get me to keep it for 20% back from the order, but continued to tell them I wanted to return it because the amount I have from my original order is enough to last me a yr and that I don't need anymore for the time being. You can't just get on their website to get the return address, you have to wait to get it from them and keep in mind, you have 10 days to return it. I then became ill and was hospitalized and they wouldn't give me an extension to return it after I got well. The time that lapsed from the date it needed to be mailed to the time I contacted them to tell them I was ill and hospitalized was approximately 3 wks I told Quasi that I could've mailed it out that same day, but they wouldn't give me the courtesy to give me that day to return it.
So I will be sharing and posting my customer service and product return experiences and sharing this post in the product review EVERYWHERE there is a product review section to comment about Quasi company. The more customers are aware, the less chance anyone else will get hooked by getting taken advantage from Quasi and their schemes to get more out of other customers who aren't aware they are automatically signed up for what they originally ordered from their first order. I know, because I didn't hit any sort of box to sign up for any additional recurring orders, but I still had a recurring charge and order.
