We're sorry to hear this. Our phone support has had issues and we understand that's frustrating. If you're still looking for a resolution, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Jonathan
The quality of the fabric is good and the extra support pouch in the front. However, the LARGE size based on your chart should have been more than sufficient, but it's a little tight.
Response from HELLOAug 29, 2026
Thanks for the honest feedback Jonathan. You're right that our sizing can run differently to other brands and we appreciate you flagging that. We're working on making the size guide clearer. If you'd like to exchange for a larger size please get in touch and we'll help.
Paul
The product is great. It just took for-EV-er to be shipped. Like 3 weeks.
Response from HELLOAug 29, 2026
Happy to hear you liked the product Paul. Three weeks is too long and we know that. Shipping times are something we're genuinely working to improve. Thanks for sticking it out and for the feedback.
