Paid for jocks never shipped they offered a refund but never received. Customer service "sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your refund. Again, we can't check from our end but rest assured you will receive it sometime soon"

Sam, we're sorry. A refund that was promised but never arrived is not okay, and a response telling you to just wait for it without any timeline is not helpful. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will look into this and give you a proper update.
