Good Afternoon Eric, Thank you for your message! We certainly have no information to share regarding a 'fake' or 'scam' phone call you received from 'Verizon'. Unfortunately these phone calls are a regular occurence for everyone these days. We are an online clothing store with 250,000+ lifetime customers. We have been in business since 2009 and are the leading source for music and entertainment merchandise online. All payment information provided to us is done through secure checkout on our site. By law, we do not receive full payment information provided to us by customers. We receive partial card numbers and they are automatically run by the card processers when a customer checks out in the store. In fact, when a customer checks out with PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, we don't even see partial card numbers. These services handle everything payment related and are in charge of payment information. Regarding your order, please note the processing time noted on the item page of the design you purchased. Most items on our site require 5 business days to process prior to shipping out. As they are made-to-order. Please allow this amount of time for your order to process and for your shipping confirmation email to be received. Good Evening Tracy, Thank you for your message and purchase! Our system is showing the size you received is the size purchased (as mentioned in your review). Very sorry to hear that the item did not fit as you expected. All orders are of course eligible for return within 30 days of receipt from our online returns portal. There you can find return instructions and easily print a packing slip for your international return. As mentioned on the item pages and in the returns section of our store, unfortunately free returns and exchanges are only available within the USA. We do offer free worldwide shipping for all orders $100+. This is automatically applied to all orders once this total is reached. We certainly do not charge $35 for shipping anywhere in the world. Perhaps what you are referencing are import duties/taxes charged to you by your local postal service for importing goods from abroad. Unfortunately we do not have control over local import laws and fees charged within your country (Canada). If we can be of any help with you completing your order return please just let us know.
