DISAPPOINTED
The quality of the shirt was descent. Could have been thicker and softer and the sizing was way off. I ordered an x-large thinking it would give room for shrinkage but the x-large was more like a medium or large at best. Also the delivery time was a bit long.

Still no product
Order place on 10/11 and today on 10/20 I still have nothing. Showed order shipped, then retracted to say partially shipped. Trying to check the tracking link and it shows Out for Delivery via USPS since Saturday 10/17. Again, today is Tuesday 10/20, mail has been delivered and still nothing. *while I received response that the product takes 5-10 business days to ship I will say I ordered a sweatshirt from a different establishment yesterday morning and it arrived this evening, no express shipping or anything like that. Lesson learned, I will no longer order from a store like this one. Hopefully the product is worth the wait. Maybe don't send a 'rate your experience' to customers until they actually receive the product they ordered.

One of your shirts has already shipped and is currently in transit with USPS, with delivery expected shortly. The remaining two shirts are still within their stated processing time and will ship as soon as they're ready. We sometimes ship orders in multiple packages so customers can receive available items sooner, which is why your order shows as partially shipped.
