Discount confusing
Iwas offered a specia one day 20 percent off and also 20 off for giving e mail on first time order. I thougt i could use both. But wadnt able to
Response from Official Band ShirtsOct 23, 2026
Hi Lynne, thanks so much for your order and for sharing your feedback! We're sorry the discount offers weren't clearer. While we love offering special promotions, discount codes cannot be combined on the same order. We understand how that could be confusing and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope you love your new Radiohead hoodie, and thank you again for shopping with us! Jessica Official Band Shirts

OBS Review
I like the quality of the T-shirts and I would like to give 5 stars but instead I gave 4 stars because firstly, I think the delivery was a little too long as I was too excited to wear the t-shirts and secondly, I was offered a 20% discount for my second purchased but the discount doesn't work. However the reply from their customer service was also very prompt and helpful, and I was promised the 20% regardless. So I really hope that I will get back my 20% worth of discount soon. Thank you, OfficialBandShirts.

Sorry about the trouble with the 20% discount, but we’re glad our customer service team was able to help. We’ll make sure the discount is honored as promised. Thanks again for your support, and we hope you enjoy your new shirts! Jessica Official Band Shirts

Still waiting for shipping confirmation after a week but over all there is very nice selection, although a bit pricy for international order but would order again

your website needs to be easier to read
your website needs to be esier to read. text is too small. menus are not highlighted so difficult to focus in. To lock in. Easy to search and easy to checkout. Just upgrade hte website a bit. you don't need tons of fancy graphics but a cleaner easier to focus in on shopping experience would be preferable that what it currently which is very paired down.
