Only thing really going for it is customer care. They are great and easy to work with. But matter of fact is, I still have no desks and the conference table sent was wrong so really pretty bad.

I saw a specific L-shaped desk on the OfficeFurniture2go web site but the site gave a 4-6 week delivery lead time. I called and spoke with Shawn and he helped me find one that could ship immediately. Really great customer service and also helped me understand more about the product I was ordering. 5 stars - I'd buy from them again.

the order process was fine everyone is nice but some of the furniture was chipped and the parts that are in the instruction manual were not the same as what came in the parts bag

Shawn Heyer was very helpful as I was in dyer need to find a conference table for an upcoming meeting with the CEO of our company. After find a table of my choice Shawn discussed with me that it would not be in stock until May. Since that didn't work in my timeframe, Shawn continue to check stock on different tables referring me to stock items where I settled on a different style and purchased immediately. Shawn was very helped !

The quality is great with easy ordering and delivery, but the product color isn't anything like what is shown online. Very disappointed in the color. I did not request color samples, so it's my fault for not being more thorough in the buying process. I will hopefully be able to replace it with a different color in a few years when the budget permits.

The table base was damaged and the laminate on top edge is peeling away. I followed the instructions where it says call customer support and called the number on the installation guide and waited over 30 minutes and finally hung up because I got no answer. I called the website customer service and haven’t heard from anyone else since
