OfficeFurniture2goReviews of officefurniture2go.com

The customer service is amazing. It is rate to find this kind of customer service. They really do care about treating their clients well and go above and beyond to do that! We are customers for life.

I needed new office furniture after we moved ... My daughter-in-law, experienced in assembling furniture said that she'd love to assemble it for me, so she and I picked out some furniture and ordered it! After seeing my new office put together, I'm VERY impressed with the quality of workmanship on my office furniture! It's perfect!

Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Placing a large order online is a little scary these days. Before ordering our furniture, I called multiple times with questions and every time I called, a friendly voice answered. That should be the norm, but it is not these days. By the time I finished ordering, I felt like they were part of my team. The furniture is beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone and would order from them again without hesitation. Special thanks to Atira, Ben and Sean...

Very good customer service and delivery on time

Our experience with this company has been great! We had a lengthy wait on the furniture, but this was due to supplier issues, no fault of theirs. We placed the order and they immediately reached out with a time frame for delivery. It was months out, but they were right on track with that estimated delivery date and we had our items right on time. We had an issue with the delivery company but they willingly owned it and went above and beyond to ease our frustration. We will absolutely use them again when the need arises! Sarah was very kind and helpful - we appreciated her quick responses to our questions and concerns.

Shawn is professional and quick to assist when I call. He definitely knows his merchandise and quality. This is my 3rd time purchasing for our offices and he has done a great job each time.

OfficeFurniture2go has the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Wrong item color was sent, that took care of it immediately, even gave us the wrong one. Found a lower price on two other items, they matched, no questions asked, amazing!!! Thanks for your great customer service!

originally we gave a not so good rating due to damage upon receiving delivery but in almost instantaneous response and make up for such incident we are extremely happy with the end results and will most likely be buying from you guys again. In the near future we have another office that needs new furniture and will be happy to use this website 100%.
