worst customer service promise one dat and gives you another then wont let you cancel

After THREE (3) Months! I received the product I placed the order on July 2nd. The product arrived after THREE (3) Months! I tried to email and call, no responses. When the product arrived, I did not even open, just returned it to store, if I can wait that long, I don't need it - if Office Depot does business this way, I don't want to have business with it.

I ordered a computer on line. Said to save $59.00 if I open up a CC and charge it. I never got the $59.00 credit on my statement! I called Multiple numbers and spoke to so many different people, and finally I had to make the last payment of the $59.00 so that I would not get charged Interest! Worst customer service ever! I will NEVER do Business with OFFICE DEPOT AGAIN!

I tried to order on line and the system did not let me to pick up at the store as I wanted but I did not get worried to get delivery because I needed some objects for my girls schools and they were supposed to arrive one day before the school starts but I received a message that driver attempted to deliver but he could not, what is not true because I was the whole day at my house. I tried to call and I received the same answer that the delivery date was changed. I asked to pick up the products because my girls needed the products for the school but, I received the same answer: The delivery date was changed. Never again, I will buy at Office Depot online.

Used them for many years, and they just get worse and worse over time. Recently ordered a couple of items that I had purchased previously, selected shipping as the expected delivery times were very short. Unfortunately, they have turned out to be much longer once the order was placed. Received initial shipping estimates, but then as I checked on them the dates slid and slid. Still waiting to even process one of the orders, and the items are in-stock! Also, the email notices you get do NOT have a tracking number. They make you go back to their website, log on, and then search your orders to get a tracking number that takes you to the shipper site. What a PITA! Last time for me, long term buyer but I will shop elsewhere, should have learned my lesson but now I have.

Orders a Serta Big and Tall Chair. Great Chair, Free Delivery. They used a third party delivery service that delivered it on time. The assembly was great and product is great. Will update review if anything changes.

the manager at office depot is the rudest lady i have ever meet in my whole entire life the employees are some what nice but i know i will never take my business to office depot in durham nc on durham chapel hill boulevard ever again . i will not send my friends there none of it . if im not mistaken her name was diana , deana , dana something with a D she was a beautiful women but her attitude and the way she act she shouldnt be able to run a business like that . i never in my life seen a woman roll her eyes because im a little confused on the certain policies . i never in my life felt more humiliated a day in my life i can only imagine how her employees feel if they havent quit yet im pretty most of them will do so soon .

So, just how many one star reviews can a place get? I think they work at it. Empty shelves. Sign on door not to have more than 25 in a store of tens of thousands of feet. And no change. Forcing you to use a credit card for a $2.00..or should I say $1.72 purchase for which they "lie" and say they have no change. I simply do not believe them. So, bye bye Office Depot. I'm sure you're going away. And you've worked hard to run off your customers.
