Claims are processed quickly and effectively
Claims are processed very quickly and accurately. Mistakes are very rare. Tech staff are helpful, informed, and efficient when rare need to get help does arise. Only complaint- and this is minor - is that tech staff are not quickly available sometimes. The monthly fee is significant, and relatively new, but worth it. I recommend Office Ally heartily to all my colleagues as an effective way to process insurance claims.
