Bad bad bad
Poorly designed interface on their platform, poor customer experience and service. They know they've got a captive customer base and the level of effort and execution in their product and support reflects that tremendously.

The recent autopayment issue has been…
The recent autopayment issue has been extremely frustrating and the level of customer service has been even MORE frustrating. Ineffective case tickets, lengthy phone waits, and inconsistent responses between case tickets open, reps spoken to, and the account receivables emails in how to fix a billing/autopayment error on their end has taken way too many hours. I would hope Office Ally would do better in their communication with customers.

If we had it to do all over again
If we had it to do all over again, we would NEVER use OfficeAlly. Their "support" system is anything but. They REFUSE to let you speak to a real person, they send you these auto-generated emails regarding your "case" but the emails don't reference what the case is addressing or what problem they're updating -- you're just supposed to guess?? They're less than nonchalant about actually taking responsibility to resolve an issue. If we could rate them negative stars, we would.
