Do not use this company
This is the most horrible company to work with. I do not recommend them. They are not transparent, not helpful, and do not treat customers with any kind of understanding. On multiple occasions, they would not work with me to resolve issues with their billing process and company.

We are happy with the ease of using…
We are happy with the ease of using Office Ally. We do wish you offered an easy on-line credentialing piece so we could complete the credentialing process once and it could go out to all insuranced we are contracted with. Availity is working on this and has it in effect for two states. We wish you would do the same.

Office Ally is pretty easy to understand for the most part
Office Ally is pretty easy for the most part. The customer service is above average and I've been happy with it. I just wish I knew the newer layout of the website - I always end up going to the classic

Horrible
Horrible. They jump between the original (classic) and new moder mode/ look, both have bugs, you can fill out the form perfectly but the claim will get denied, because there are so many bugs in the system, the data on the form does not get transmitted to the insurance company. They will not fix it, you have to go and try to resubmit it, even though it is their software problems. It takes more than a day for them to call back because they have so many problems. This company is a bit scummy, and big waste of time. I could have done better programming when i was in grade 10.

I find Office Ally easy to use
I find Office Ally easy to use, quick and reliable. My only complaint is they ask you to change your password often and the system won't allow you to unless you call them usually. It is always easy to reach them, they are polite and prompt when I need to contact them.
