Good quality but head support doesn't fit my height.
The quality of the chair is very good and super easy to build. But I am very disappointed with the height. I am too tall for the chair and my head cannot rest in the head support. I think since OdinLake designs ergonomic chair, they should fit all sizes of people, and it doesn't seem to difficult to have the chair support be adjustable to more levels than it is...

The customer service really came…
The customer service really came through. FedEx delivered my shipment to the wrong house. It shows delivered with a signature which is not mine. I contacted FedEx and they did not respond at all. I reached out to the customer service and they re-shipped my chair in a week. I got my chair later that week.

OdenLake Chair is "The best"
I had a problem with my chair, and though the email was slow because of (I assume) geographic displacement, it was taken care of quickly. I really love my OdenLae chair; it's the most comfortable chair I've ever used.

Love this chair
Love this chair. I’m 2 weeks into using it and I can already feel a difference in my neck pain. I struggle to keep my posture throughout the work day and it’s mainly due to my tendency to drift forward into a lean. I’m 6’ 4” so finding something I could comfortably put my head against is next to impossible. Truly feel supported in the base around my hips too. If you’re a big and tall build, this is the chair for you.
