Amazing team at Odin, thanks for the help!

Damaged item but replacement came fast. Thank you!

This chair is well worth the amount I paid. The adjustments are so good and easy to use. It’s way better than the previos chair I purchased from Big Box Store. You get what you pay for! I am a short person and the in and out adjustment is awesome. The cheaper chairs are made for people in the taller range and are uncomfortable on your back if you can’t sit against the chairback to get lower back support. Anyone who has lower back pain will really appreciate this very well designed chair. it is also made of a breathable material so it’s cool to sit in for long periods of time and very easy to get in and out of. Excellent experience A comfortable chair Easy to assemble Lightweight And the effective customer support team.

Fast delivery and easy assembly. So far the chair is comfortable and works very well.

Purchased OdinLake Ergo UPGRADE 518 in 11/2023 & have been very satisfied with the comfort and adjustability of this chair. Priced well & received in 8 days. I use it every day in my home office area so it's been well used. However, it recently had a split in the left arm pad. I emailed customer service 7/29 and Zoey replied the the same day! However, I missed that email for several days so I was first to slow the process of receiving a new arm. Zoey handled the left arm replacement from start to finish, communications was excellent. I was informed I was passed the 2 year warranty for the arm but was offered a free replacement for the shipping charge. I agreed, but was then informed that that arm was not in stock and was asked if I could wait. I agreed again. Zoey contacted me several times to apologize for having to wait so long but assured me it would be shipped ASAP. Once the part was available, Zoey sent me the shipping notification with Tracking # and said since I had waited patiently the arm was being shipped at no cost. This is service above and beyond anything I expected. Prompt and complete communication from a rep that was always timely, friendly and professional. I'll never hesitate purchasing from OdinLake should I ever need one of their products. Yes I love the chair, paid a fair price, received on time and have enjoyed for 2.5 years but Zoey in Customer Service is the icing on the cake. Excellent and thorough communication and went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. You can't ask for more. FedEx tracking ETA is 8/19 so this total process is actually not that long, 21 days and my missing the original reply is 3 of those days!
