The chair was packed well and easy to assemble. The only issue is the arm rests. Even at the lowest setting, they are too high to fit under my work surface. I had to remove them. It would be very helpful if they could swing up and out of the way.

I gotta give the chair i received a 10/10 so far, good packaging and is comes with a mat that with assembly instructions on the back and a blank black front with their logo in the middle and in my opinion isnt intrusive so you can use it as a regular computer deck pad for a mouse and keyboard. The mesh backing and seat is thought would be flimsy turned out to be well woven and strong tbh. Honestly took maybe 4 to 6 days to get here after ordering was placed which took a day or 2. 4 stars only because as of right now my foot rest still hasnt arrived and I think alot of people have had this issue. Im not sure why they either arent shipped together or given a tracking code for the footrest atleast. I hope they fix these issues.
