Quick shipping and delivery. Item arrived without damage and was easy to unpack.

Chair is extremely comfortable however it's not as easy to put together as you say on the website.

There’s a lot of adjustments that can be made to fit most anyone. Once you get it dialed in, it’s like a 0 G chair. Chair is pretty solid and wasn’t difficult to put together. Don’t care for the casters so I had some rollerblade type to swap with however, the stock caster post is a different size than standard (come on guys, really?) so I found that the plastic cap that comes on the included casters fit right onto the rollerblade caster and will hold them in the base so keep those caps just in case. Wife really likes it. I don’t care for mesh chairs personally but, it wasn’t for me.

I wasn't happy with the chair and emailed them. They sent me a lable to return it. They are sending me the replacement. They also mailed me a free blanket without telling me. That was a surprice. Overall they do care about their customers.

Always kept me updated where the chair was. The chair got here on time, my husband loves his new chair

Easy to assemble. Very comfortable, affordable and attractive.

Great quality and comfortable chair. Durable.

still haven't received chair. It was ordered on 1/3/25 and never could get hold of anybody in customer service Received chair on 1/17/25 and it is great. Bad service was due to Fedex only. Was contacted by Odinlake customer service and they helped greatly with completing the delivery. Thanks to them.
