No instructions included with shipment which was disappointed given cost but they remember to pack gloves??? After placing order found out footrest on back order. Received about 10 days after chair. One hole as misaligned which was a nightmare to get screw tightened during assembly. Cool looking chair but won’t buy again.

Love the chair but my order took more than a month. Their 213 area code Google phone was useless even after leaving multiple messages. I finally got a response after sending emails .. it was frustrating.

Customer service after the sale has been fantastic. They were able to secure for me at a low price a replacement part for my Oden Lake chair.

Well designed, very well packaged and quite easy to assemble. The supply of additional fasteners allowed me to be able to swap out one fastener that wasn’t cooperating for the spare allowing me to complete the assembly.

Great chair, bought one then bought another for my wife

This will be my son's chair to take him through his final college years, and it has everything he wanted, including the beautiful coat hangar and the footrest. The boxes were quite sturdy, assembly was easy and there are even a few space screws. Part of the attraction for him is that the chair is an "all mesh" design - back, seat and footrest.

Product, pricing, ship to time, billing, and follow up, are my first thoughts when deciding on this chair. But the engineering-mfg. behind the scenes is excellent!

Honestly much better than any “gaming” chair I’ve tried . This thing fits my spine like a glove and enables me to have long gaming sessions where my scoliosis was stopping me before. 100% recommend for the money.
