We love the furniture and the service was very good. It did take a little longer to arrive than first planned but we were informed ASAP about the problem and we understood. Thanks for keeping us informed. Over all a great experience with Oceanic and we love the teak.

Furniture was as described on line. Shipment was quick arriving in less than one week. Delivery service driver was very courteous and professional. Biggest drawback was that upon opening the packing material all the pieces were covered with white mold requiring us to wash all the pieces with vinegar soap and water to get rid of the mold. In the instructions we received it talked about the mold and "sea salt" and how to get rid if it but it still took 2 days to clean it throughly. The wood was dry and required a coating of teak oil to bring the finish back to life. All in all, It took 4 days to get it right but the set is beautiful

Love the product. Only problems were shipping was delayed and hardware to install legs was missing. However, the response was excellent as the dowels were shipped priority mail and we received them in a couple of days.

We very much like the look of our new dining group. The large oval table makes seating for 10 very tight - wish we had bought the rectangular version for more room on the corners. The chairs would be more comfortable if back weren't so straight, but the design allows them to stack very easily for storage. Overall, the set is a very good value, delivery very efficient and assembly less than an hour!

I love the teak patio furniture, though there are a few "blemishes" on the table and several chairs but not worth returning anything.

Great quality furniture at huge discount from retail. Delivery was a little bit of a pain, but it was the freight company's issue.

The bench I bought, a 60-inch oval, is gorgeous. Online ordering is easy, and the product drop ships in flat boxes from Indonesia. The company says the wood is sustainably harvested -- I hope so. It certainly is beautiful. You do have to assemble it. I did this myself, though it was challenging to cut the little pegs without a hacksaw. The cushion has not yet arrived; I think that takes 21 days. Overall, a great product so far.
