After exploring the internet for Teak …
After exploring the internet for Teak loungers ordered 2 chaise loungers and a folding table from Oceanic. The quality looked as good or better than the others but the price was well below anything else out there. They arrived the other day and I was extremely satisfied from the way they were packaged to the loungers themselves.

Excellent Experience! Highly recommended.
I was very happy with the product selection, value, and shipping advice. We received the two loungers and a few weeks later the cushions as promised. There is an issue with one of the loungers with a relatively large crack originating from a knot on a side frame. Oceanic Teak is aware and was supposed to be following up with the manufacturer, but we haven't heard anything to date. UPDATE: See Paul's response below! I should have followed up on the e-mail before posting the review. Extremely satisfied with Oceanic Teak.

Hi JD I did resolve this some time back but forgot the most important part which was to tell you!! As discussed although it would probably have been fine, I wasn't happy with the crack and after discussion with the factory it was agreed that they would send a replacement lounger. The replacement lounger arrives here next week so it will be with you within the next week or so. Thanks for taking time to leave a review. Regards Paul

Overall good experience
Chose them based on price. Was pleased with correspondence and delivery. The furniture turned out to be very good quality for the price. Had some damage in shipping and they dealt with it immediately. Of course the damage was not their fault. When you experience a problem you get to see how trustworthy a vendor is. This is why I give Oceanic Teak five stars.

Hi Barry When it comes to issues with shipping damage we always deal with customers as we would like to be dealt with. I do remember this and you worked with us to figure it out which was much appreciated. Many thanks for taking the time to leave the review. Regards Paul

Well made and beautiful
The teak table and chairs are well made and I set up the table in about 5 minutes. The chairs were already constructed. We even received chair pads for free. The delivery company was prompt and professional.

Hi Victor We do like to minimize assembly where possible and I see you benefited from one of our free cushion pad offers which are always popular. I will pass on your kind comments to the shippers., I know they will appreciate it. Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Regards Paul
