I like the quality of the furniture. Staff provided useful information to help me decide on the style of the chairs. Orientation stickers on the table components made assembly easy. Items were well-packaged to prevent damage in-route. All retailers should use Oceanic Teak as a guide for top-notch customer service.

Excellent service. Gave me a ship date when I placed the order and sent shipping/tracking info with a link to the carrier's website on that date. My order, a teak chest, was well packed and arrived undamaged.

Great Service and Products! The product and service provided by Oceanic Teak was fantastic. When one of my chaise lounge chairs showed up damaged, they immediately corrected the situation and sent us a replacement chair. In addition, they followed up to make sure that our replacement chair arrived without incident.
