The furniture looks good, as does the quality. It arrived a couple of weeks ago so not had time to really test it yet. I was disappointed by the customer service provided. The delivery time scale was no where near as quick as advertised. I queried this with the company, when I eventually managed to talk to someone, the response was unhelpful. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Excellent overall but the screws were very awkward to install.

The only thing I wish I could have known in advance about these chairs is the pitch. They lean a little too far back for dining purposes in my opinion. But otherwise they are good quality chairs.

We got a set of Pacific table and chairs. The table was easy to put together and solid. The chairs don't require any assembly and are also quite sturdy. Of the 6 chairs, 2 are slightly uneven on the bottom, leading to a slight wobble. Hoping it will even out after we sit in them a bit. The teak is gorgeous and the style is, too. I was nervous about ordering furniture online, sight unseen, but it all arrived on a single pallet right on schedule. Our deck really got an upgrade:)

The chaise lounge chairs are well made, the wheels roll smooth which is great because the chairs are quite heavy. The chaise pads are good quality and have held up nicely so far. Delivery was very quick and they were very good about letting us know when they would be arriving. I would have given 5 stars, but the packaging was pretty damaged when my delivery arrived, but at least the product itself wasn't damaged. And also the middle piece to one of the sliding table inserts wasn't attached and was just floating around in the box, but my husband screwed that piece in.

Quick delivery and great value

The chaise lounge cushions took some time to receive but the quality is outstanding. It is exactly as describe. I only gave a rating of 4 stars as they were expensive. Again, the quality is outstanding.
