Love this company! I ordered 2 beautiful teak rockers. At the last minute, I decided to add a side table. The next day, I got an email telling me it would be cheaper to order the 3 items as a set and asking my permission to credit my credit card $88. The items arrived and were as beautiful as advertised and easy to assemble. After a week, we noted some cracking on one of the chairs. When I inquired about it, I was told it was normal "checking" that would not effect the integrity of the chair, but they agreed that it was excessive and offered to either credit the price of the chair or send a new one. Could not ask for better service. Definitely customer service oriented with a quality product.

I rarely write a review for anything these days, but I simply could not pass up this opportunity. My wife purchased a 36" square teak table and 4 Java Oval Teak chairs from Oceanic Teak. During and after her purchasing experience she mentioned how nice the staff was in helping her make the right choices. Living in Auburn, AL I wasn't sure what condition the furniture would be in upon arrival from Sanford, FL. I just finished assembling the table and four chairs and they went together perfectly. All the joints aligned and fit perfectly, all the hardware was included, and the overall quality of the product and its construction is top notch...a rare experience indeed these days.

I've just had the best experience with Oceanic Teak. Been wanting a nice patio setting for a long time. Local options had always seemed way too expensive. Oceanic's massive range is a huge plus too where we found the right size and purchased. From the get go we had a tracking link that in our case showed the entire trip from Sanford Fl to Simi Valley in Socal... that was amazing. Our set was delivered on time, was as advertised, and was in excellent condition. This has been an excellent experience, I highly recommend Oceanic!

The furniture came as advertised. It was loaded on a pallet. I would suggest that more than one person do the unpacking. If was carefully packed with lots of material. The chairs were pre assembled. The table had a little bit of assembly. The is custom furniture so follow the instructions. The pieces fit as labled. It came perfect out of the box, however I washed all the pieces with detergent, and applied a light coating of teak oil. Apply the oil sparingly. Too much and it will get tacky.

Great process from start to finish. Customer service was responsive and helpful. Furniture arrived on expected date and in good condition. Quality of the teak is good and I have paid much more in the past for the same quality. And, by far the easiest furniture I have ever put together. Thank you to the team at Oceanic Teak. For future Teak purchases you're undoubtedly my first choice. David B
