The communication, packaging and delivery of the product was all 4 stars, however assembling the table was truly impossible without modifying the holes. Chairs came assembled, thank goodness. The table was a different story. For an assembly that should have taken no more than 30 min, took over an hour of frustration. NONE of the holes lined up and neither did the oval dowel like pieces for the bottom cross support. As a result of literally bashing the pieces with a mallet to make them line up, I now have an $2000 table with splintered and beaten wood for legs. Eventually it got so bad I just re-drilled the holes. The customer should not have to drill holes in a brand new teak table. If you purchase this table be prepared to drill the existing holes larger to make them line up or you will never get the screws through the holes.

You get what you pay for. Coffee table is poorly constructed. Legs are uneven. Gummed labels applied to facilitate putting together had to finally be removed with paint thinner which removed poorly applied stain. I tried sanding off to even out burnishes but that made even more blotchy. They provide a little bottle of stain for touch ups and that's worthless. Save your money and buy better quality somewhere else. I'll let granddaughters use for play table. In regards to these comments Oceanic reached out to me within hours. I want to give credit where it is due. They certainly stand my their products. I was offered an immediate replacement or a full refund. I decided to keep table but they have contacted me several times since to be sure that is what I wanted to do. From the stand point of customer service this is company is outstanding.
