They sold me the scanner but it wasn’t registered for Australia region. I’m two weeks in trying to get it fixed - no answers just a run around no phone contact just messages and then not helpful- honestly don’t buy here - service is appalling

I've bought several items from OBD from scanners to accessories and recently updated one of our Scanners and went through them it was so much easier and cheaper than anywhere else. Response time says 1-2 business days but they had this software update completed within 8hrs.

So easy to order, and quick email responses as you are provided step by step instructions to obtain the download! Price can't be beat and we know that because we shopped around as always!!
