This product would have received a 5-star rating; however, the device activation process presented a minor delay. Despite this, the overall experience was exceptionally straightforward and simple. I submitted a photograph of my Autel serial number in the evening, and by the following morning, after a system reboot, my device was successfully updating. No activation code was required, and I am now operational with a newly updated device for the next year. Thank you; your service will be my preferred choice for all future Autel updates.

Customer service was slow to answer. It took me 1,week to buy an upload but once communication was made the process was fast. Also it was confusing because the site directed you to what’s up but also need to contact them by email so I had to use both to receive an answer. Price was good. Communication was poor. Service was good. It would be nice if there was a follow up email to advice you that the upgrade has been done

So far so good. My 7 year old elite was still able to update. Few hiccups with memory. Had to transfer some memory to external storage. In the end it worked. I'm not sure how many more updates the original elite will last...considering memory restrictions and also future technology changes. Took 3 days for update permission to be applied because of weekend most likely.

Ich wollte mein in die Jahre gekommenes Autel gerät nochmal Updaten. Habe ein Update von OBDPRICE gekauft. Am anfang war ich skeptisch aufgrund des sehr günstigen Preises im vergleich zum Update Service von Autel selbst. Aber alles hat Reibungslos funktioniert. Nachdem Ich meine Seriennummer zugesendet habe, habe ich innerhalb von 2 Tagen einen Code bekommen, der auf der Autel Website sofort funktioniert hat. Ein stern abzug weil es Länger als die angegebenen 24 Stunden gedauert hat, bei dem Preis ist es das warten aber wert.

I bought the scanner originally from OB price and every update since then like five years ago and every time they gave me a good price on the updates cheaper than the other companies or even factory so I am really happy with them

Price for software update was good and competitive. Transfer process could be refined but I eventually received the information necessary to effect the update.

Got my update in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly.

Experience was good but not perfect. Since there wasn't an actual physical person to talk to it took a week of back and forth to get the information they needed and get the software updated. I'm happy with the software and savings on the cost so I know what to do next time in future purchases. I would buy from them again.
