Initially, I was a 1 star review because of my experience, but since that time, they have fixed the issue, so I will at least give them an average rating.

I purchased an Autel TS508 and according to the web ad what should have been included was the TS508, a hard case, magnet and the OBD and USB cords. What I actually received was a TS508WF, soft case, and the OBD and USB cords. I was missing the hard case and magnet. Overall, not a big deal as the unit works fine but I really didn't need the WiFi option although it costs a few dollars more. When contacted, OBDPRICE said they were out of stock on the TS508 so they sent the better TS508WF. A plus for OBDPRICE. I'm not sure the TS508 needs to have the magnet for the earlier sensors but I was looking forward to the hard case. This was an odd setup with the packaging and the soft case. I checked with Autel US and their reply was OBDPRICE was NOT an authorized dealer although they claim that on their website and ads. Overall, I got what I wanted which is a tool to program and relearn TPMS systems but not exactly what I thought I was buying. I'm ahead in some respects but not exactly what I wanted or ordered. Do your homework. No further communication with obdprice about the issue.
