I have been trying to get the upgrades for my altel. I ordered the one year subscription it's day number four and I still haven't been given the chance to download them. Then while trying to get answers as to why I have to use an AI function that doesn't respond instead of actually talking to a person.

No discount as promised. I want to purchase a Autel MS906bt and I was encouraged enter my email and personal info to receive a $200.00 discount. I received a responce email, entered code for purchase. I was given a $35.00 discount. This is deceptive and suspicious. Subject line on email: Here is your $200.00 discount. I clicked on site and it said" Here is your 3% discount" ??? I want to trust this is a legitimate site and ready to buy but already showing signs of deception.
