OBDPRICE took care of our updates in very professional manner. We were having issues with updating out device and after talking to representatives they helped us very very quickly and had us up and running. Impressed by their quick service and ofcourse the prices are great.

OBDPrice= Great prices, fast shipping, and great customer support. Could not be happier! THANKS!

I ordered a renewal for my scanner and I didn't get the model right. However, customer support was kind enough to help me with the code to match my exact model. I really appreciate that.

Prix très intéressent , matériel de très bonne qualité , je l'ai reçu rapidement, le vendeur est très réactif et répond rapidement a mes question je recommande !

over the moon with this works great saved a fortune on my updates and so easy to install

Excellent service and they are one of the cheapest Autel software update service out there. It’s disappointing as a DIY home Autel diagnostic tool owner, who outlaid a lot to own this very helpful tablet tool for his own vehicles , that us diy owners have to continually keep paying such a large amount annually for software updates. Unlike a business we can’t recuperate the cost of doing so. Great jobs OBDPRICE, very poor diy customer service Autel.

I must have picked the wrong model number and I couldn't activate the code. The guys at OBDPRICE figured it out and then activated the new code for me. Thanks OBDPRICE!

Have purchased several updates over the last couple of years without any issues
