The combination of medication and therapy has been a life changer. 7-8 months of therapy was necessary for me to let go of demons, keep a journal to look back on and reflect, and sometimes just talk. And because my mind is clear I can focus better and move ahead. Being sober actually makes me feel special. Especially at the end of a night out and people need a ride home. I'll be your uber! And the thanks yous are nonstop. I feel great! Health issues don't exist. Lost 20 pounds over 9 months. And I have kept my end of the bargain by not starting or escalating an argument for at least 10 months. The therapy skill classes are fantastic and I highly recommend taking a many as you can to educate yourself. I have accumulated better knowledge of recognizing when to engage in an argument the safe way and when to walk away when things don't make sense or look like they may be beyond my control. Know your self worth and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

This product definitely curbs the desire and effect of alcohol.Low grade nausia has been the main side effect,but it is worth it.I am drinking much less.

This is an unbelievable program. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to cut back on alcohol or quit all together. If you remember a time when you didn’t really think about drinking, that’s what this is like. Best thing I’ve done for myself in a very long time.
