This is a "Subscription". Beware.
Thought I would give it a try. Ordered 90 pills but didn't really notice anything. Not saying it doesn't work, just didn't do much for me. My biggest problem is them taking another $300 dollars out of my account and letting me know a new prescription is on the way. Still says "processing" so I cancelled my "subscription" and was basically told, "too bad".

I am sorry to hear that you were taken by surprise by the renewal of your subscription membership. We never want members to face a surprise charge. For that reason, we ask all members to agree to our subscription membership terms at signup and send a reminder email in advance of renewal charges. I don’t feel any different on…
I don’t feel any different on medication. I don’t feel like it is helping me cut back on alcohol.

I am sorry to see that your prescribed medication has not proven helpful so far. Progress can take time, so we recommend a few next steps: check in with your medical provider to see if a dosage change is warranted, connect with your coach to strategize new strategies, and brainstorm a bit on your own whether there are any changes to your routine or environment that might help. Sucks
There is not a way to speak with anyone. I didn't want to sign up for three months, now it wants me to buy another 300 bucks of pills and I've been using them for 4 days. How do I cancel this damn thing?

I ordered 90 days of this
I ordered 90 days of this. It did nothing to help me whatsoever. Super disappointed, but I did try it & won’t be continuing.

I am sorry to hear that you have not seen meaningful progress. Unfortunately, there is no silver bullet when it comes to this difficult challenge. Before you go, I would recommend checking in with your medical provider and health coach via the member dashboard. Your medical provider can advise on whether a dose change is appropriate, and your coach can be a great source of ideas on how to integrate medication use with other proven behavioral strategies. unfortunately I'm still having nausea…
unfortunately I'm still having nausea issues and only take half a pill it is obviously going to take longer only hope it subsides. I have tried anti nausea pills with some relief. will stick it out a little longer but don't send anymore until I can handle them. I still have one half of original supply. I have felt this since 06/10/25 until now. will keep trying

I am sorry to hear that you are continuing to feel such uncomfortable side effects. While nausea is the most common side effect of the medication and I commend you on trying to stick it out, it is unusual for nausea to last more than a few weeks. So, I would recommend seeking advice from an Oar Health medical provider by logging into your member dashboard. My side effects aren't getting much…
My side effects aren't getting much better, even with cutting back to 1/2 dose. My cravings aren't that diminished, even when I was taking a full dose. And it has cost me $347.

3 weeks into the program
I am just over 3 weeks into the program. Overall, I'm down about 3 glasses per week. I was hoping for a better result.
