Purchased an item from Oakjuri. The quality of the product is very high and I’m impressed. There was a small defect with the dial on the watch and I reached out to the service team who responded within a day and offered to exchange the item. Very quick customer service. Great experience! Regardless of the small blemish (this can happen) it’s a very great quality watch! I guarantee that I’ll be ordering again!!

This company is a scam. I hope to help other people not be ROBBED. They took my money said they were GOING OUT OF BUSINESS and that's why I would never see my order. Yet they are still operating their FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. They never mentioned any address issues. The conversation is in writing. Out of business they said. I've received a million packages. I asked and asked why I had not received my order (on the email they provided - no answer and on whatsapp) finally, days or weeks later was told I was SOL because they were out of business. Nothing to do with address - if so wouldn't they asked for an alternative or direct me to the shipping co? They list a NY address but the alleged "refund" that never happened was in HKD. That's why they will never be prosecuted or shut down. They're in China, that's why there's no phone number to call. This was in May/June 2026. They are updating their website, still ongoing posting new ads, scamming others. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM! I imagine any positive reviews are from influencers paid to post. All I wanted was my jewelry and they stole from me. Don't let it happen to you.

We would like to clarify that we were unable to complete delivery because the shipping address provided could not be serviced by the carrier. As a result, the order was cancelled and a full refund was completed. We also provided you with the official bank refund reference number. Since international refunds may require additional processing time between different banks and payment institutions, please contact your bank and provide them with this reference number so they can trace the transaction. The refund may appear in a different settlement currency, such as HKD, because it was processed through an international third-party acquiring bank. This does not mean that the refund was not issued or that the payment was taken by an unrelated company. We would also like to clarify that some of our promotional content may involve influencer partnerships, but this does not mean that all positive customer reviews are paid or fabricated.
