I ordered a APxSwatch watch a couple of weeks ago, it arrived and one of the 8 Bioceramic screws were missing on the bezel face. This means it did not replicate the watch and the picture of the watch on the website and is therefore a faulty product. I made contact with the customer service team to get a replacement of the faulty watch and all they keep coming back with is a voucher coupon for my next order. Disgrace! I really recommend people to steer clear of this website in case you also receive a faulty product!!!

Very impressed with my whole experience. Ordering was easy, lots of communication, I got a tracking number and could see my order at every step of its journey to me. I was sent a photo and video of the quality check before it was boxed and shipped. Delivery was fast - a few days only, which was amazing since it came from China to UK. The quality of the jewellery is obviously not as perfect as the real brand, but it's actually VERY convincing; solid material that will last a decent amount of time if you look after it well. The branded box, sales ticket, brand business card etc are also all very convincing quality. I'm genuinely thrilled and amazed! Now I've had a reassuring first experience I'm planning to buy more pieces from Oakjuri.

I am absolutely thrilled with the products. I’ve made a purchase twice now, and both times the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, with the second order, one bracelet turned out to be too small for my European-sized wrist. However, customer service stepped in and has been very helpful. All in all, great value for money. Superb products and excellent customer service.
