I ordered the watch on this webpage, after 2 weeks I write to ask about it, they say that it's still not being shipped and that it was written that it will be shipped after 4-8 weeks after purchase. Ok, I said, ready to wait more, even though I never noticed this 4-8 weeks while buying the watch. 3 weeks later, I contact them again and they told me that watch isn't available and it won't be available at all, thua THEY are cancelling my order. Lost more than a month, waiting for nothing. Never again, you will find good prices, but who cares if you won't get what you order.

Order a watch on the site that was available. First contact was that the watch was not available and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to ship. I said it was ok, and was willing to wait. After the 4 weeks, contacted them again, and was told the supplier no longer had the watch, and they wouldn't know if it would be available again. Was asked if I wanted another watch from the site. Asked to get the same watch on a different colour. This time I made sure the wathch was marked as available on the site with screen shots, and asked them to ship me the other one. With a refund since the other colour was cheaper. After that, I noticed the price of the watch on the new colour I wanted spiked 30%!!! Still the answer I got from them was the situation was the same as before. The watch was not available. Opened a case with paypal to get a refund, and all was sorted in no time. My final thoughts on this is: THIS SHOP IS A SCAM! They lure you with low prices, but the issues you will get with them are not worth it. STAY AWAY FORM THEM!

Initially, I was hesitant about purchasing from this company because I hadn't heard of it before. As I researched their ratings and customer feedback, I was much more relaxed and proceeded with my purchase. I received a phone call the next day from one of their excellent reps, James, and he wanted to verify that the shipping address was correct because it was different than my billing. Now I had both good reviews and personal customer service. Now when I need another watch I will not hesitate to shop here. Thank you for the solid buying experience.

I AM A MODEST COLLECTOR. I DO SHOP OTHER SITES,BUT I KEEP COMING BACK TO NY WATCHES BECAUSE THEIR SELECTION AND,ABOVE ALL,THEIR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INCOMPERABLE.

Super experience buying from nywatchstore.com! I recently ordered three Skagen watches from them. They had a great selection to choose from online, and had the best prices by far of any legitimate company. The order process was very straightforward and their communication in regards to the order/shipping details was spot on. Order arrived in two days! Would highly recommend buying your next watch here...I know they will get all of my business moving forward.
