The lotteries are great. You have a much better chance for the shows other than Hamilton, although you do have to pay a bit more. Seating varies - sometimes great - sometimes poor.

Yes the odds of winning non-Hamilton ticket lotteries are definitely so much higher than winning Hamilton tickets, but people still do win tickets to this show!
The best lottery ticket on Broadway is the last in-person lottery left on Broadway which is at Wicked. Hardly anyone shows up for the in-person lottery and they give out 25 tickets. Tell them we sent you, may the odds be forever in your favor!

Would like to update my review, but it's not going through, so I'm starting a new one...
NY Show Tickets is NOW replying with MORE LIES about a review made years ago??? There have since been new reviews made here, on Trust Pilot, about other peoples awful experiences with this company... Their tactic seems to be to call people liars and then threaten them for stating the truth, which they don't like...
On 6/12/2019, this was posted about NY Show Tickets --->
"UPDATE: business owner began threatening me, harassing me, threatening to call my workplace and get me fired, and published my personal information including my name, my place of living, and my work history in retaliation to my 1 star review. Information that is obtained through the purchase information they collected from me. This is ILLEGAL.
SCAM is right. Read other locals' reviews. This website offers no discernable services. The "exclusive" discounted tickets and lotteries they let you access through their "small subscription fee" can be easily accessed for FREE through other legitimate broadway ticketing websites.
These people are aware they are running a scam, and will deliberately withhold refunds by playing dumb and refusing to acknowledge your refund requests. Moreover, they make threats against you if you try to reclaim through your bank. Incredibly vile and disgusting business practices."

"This site is a scam. Do not waste your money. It's basically the same as a google search. All they do, after you pay, is direct you to Ticketmaster with absolutely no discount. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Scam artists."

Trustpilot has changed their policy and they now prioritize negative reviews at the top, which is a pretty disgusting way of doing business as it makes it appear that all we have is negative reviews.
We have every right to respond to your false and derogatory posts and if you think by adding another false review is going to turn the temperature down, then you are very wrong. I suggest you delete your multiple posts and we go our separate ways, otherwise we will continue to defend our position. You started this. so you can end it too.

I wish you had negative stars... this system (NYC Box office)is either robbed my of money cahnged the date and time and now everytime i call for a show it's full. i need my money back because they won't accommodate me.

Negative stars? Trustpilot should make that a regular thing! We would give Sascha negative stars as she is writing a review for a different company (NYC Box Office) and that is not us! No - Its NOT us! NOT US! - NOT US
In her review, Sascha accuses NYC Box Office of grand larceny, which is actually a Federal crime! She should call the Manhattan District Attorneys office at 212.335.9000 and make a criminal complaint against that organization. They sound like a bunch of thieves based on the information she supplied. Ouch!

Apparently that is OK to accuse the wrong company on Trustpilot and just goes to show the irony that you cannot actually 'trust' Trustpilot to do the right thing and remove this post.

I was able to get tickets to Oklahoma through their service! The tickets were cheaper and I got to see Oklahoma before it closed, next time I want to see a show I will definitely resubscribe to save some money

I liked the discounts they provided, but Broadway tickets are still too expensive generally, it is way cheaper to go the movies. I bought my tickets at the box office using their code and saved on the booking fees.
