Not even worth the $4
I was looking to buy discounted tickets to The Grinch. Their website misled me to believe that they were offering discounted prices, but that I could not access the availability with out signing up for the $4 membership. Well after signing up and getting through I was offered the exact same prices and availability as Ticketmaster. Not only did I pay full price for the tickets but I got to pay New York Show Tickets an additional $4. Don't fall for this scam.

Wow, this review is from way back in 2014, when flared jeans were still a thing and "Happy" by Pharrell Williams was at the top of the charts. Ahh those crazy days. Its lucky I can remember what offerings we had back then. Truman's statement is not at all correct. We had great deals to Grinch for the 2014 holiday that year. Also had a great deal on the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. We always do, every year - they have been a great partner and I would like to send thanks out to MSG for that! We wish Truman would have contacted us and we could have helped him figure out why your discount code wasn't working for the date/time that he tried. He could have contacted us, we had a code that came up for that date too, it just was not available in November, as Broadway show producers do not like to give too many discounts too early, but closer to the date, and if there is spare ticket inventory left, they will do 50% off tickets, especially to this show. Anyway, looks like Truman wasn't happy, but never gave us a chance to fix the issue he was having, but it was way back in 2014 and in those days it was still cool when John Travolta mispronounced Idina Menzel's name as "Adele Dazeem" at the Oscars and then the whole thing became a meme. Just sayin' Trustpilot has changed their policy and they now only show negative reviews at the top, which is a pretty disgusting way of doing business as it makes it appear that all we have is negative reviews. We have every right to respond to your false and derogatory posts and if you think by adding another false review is going to turn the temperature down, then you are very wrong. I suggest you delete your multiple posts and we go our separate ways, otherwise we will continue to defend our position. You started this. so you can end it too.
