Nyseg is out of control, heartless and greedy. I have given them my grocery money. Of course the feds back you. Enough said.

NYSEG is the worst company in the USA. They have zero customer assistance and 120% screw the customer ethics. They do nothing, they maintain nothing, they supply little but they are 120% get that money. Infrastructure is a joke, every time the wind blows we loose power.

Pure garbage, zip.

The worse company in the world... straight up thieves and because you have no other choice as they are semi govt... they don't care about customer service or customers been waiting for manager of supervisor Mr. Wright to call me back for 5days to explain discrepancies with bill and 4 meter reading 5 times higher than any other in a year when on vacation... promises promises but at the end of the day they just treat you like sheep and telll you shut up and pay the bill

Absolutely THE WORST utility provider especially in West Seneca. Electric is always going out. I had to give them one star to leave a review. They don’t Deserve it.

I just tried calling a total of 30 times. They answer and pretend they don't hear you...it's absolute horseshit. My relative is a federal agent and well be reporting this and making an IN DEPTH REPORT about these crooks. I can wait until they shut down.

NYSEG rates are outrages I think they installed damage meters on purpose! When I call in the meter reading even the representative agree that the meter reading is outrageously high! All NYSEG customers please help yourself and other customers by placing calls and submitting complaints! I'm going to report this to the NEWS stations something needs to be done NYSEG customer bills surpass thousands of dollars!! I was just recently billed more than $3,000!!!

Their website is so bad it's almost nonfunctional. I have been waiting for more than 5 minutes and the page still hasn't loaded in yet.
