Absolutely unorganized and bill people consistently for higher than their usage. The delivery fees are higher than the actual energy usage and they keep increasing the prices!! I don't even heat with electricity in my 900 SQ ft home and my bill is almost $500 a month!!!

I own a property (I'm renovating as I get time) where the gas meter is in the basement, I have tried to have them move it outside but they told me it would cost me hundreds of dollars to have them do it. About every year they send a letter when they want a meter reading and if it's not done by a certain day I'll get a $25 recuring charge like it's my fault the meter is in the basement. And I have 2 a day time frame to provide a reading

I lived in a 2600 square foot house with my heat and lights on all the time never was more than 150 on a high month . We moved to a house 1100 square feet and all of a sudden my electric bills are 300+ a month . U are highway robbery , if I could sue your company I would . You know what your doing robbing people blind. I honestly hope solar power comes sooner than later so your useless company can shut down . F u. F ur workers and f the owner . Your all fn tards. Hope your company falls apart we Americans well stick together and get you to go power China instead of here

This company has consistently overcharged us on our electric bill since we moved into our house 4 years ago. They changed the meter because they claimed it was broken and things are worse than ever. We live in a single family house, keep the heat at 68 only in the rooms we use and our bill is over $1,000 every month. There is something very corrupt about this company and nobody is looking into it. We are poor and cannot afford to be abused like this by a conglomerate.

Two employees came banging at the front door to turn off utilities. Said I was way past due. Interestingly enough, had just gotten of the phone with their Payment Assistance personnel the day before. No inter-communication obviously. God knows, we need another service provider in this area. NYSEG has become to bloated and top heavy. It would be great if it were an American based company as well.

This is the worst utility company we have ever worked with ever since Avangrid took over 3 years ago. They have not billed us all winter, then slapped on a huge bill in the spring 3 years running. We agreed to a payment plan and they automatically withdrew the full amount anyway and the agreement never arrived in the mail.

Horrible company! Like a circus getting the run around getting my services turned back on after bill is paid! They don’t care I have a little baby in my house. Had doctor send a letter and they claim they can’t find it and we can’t get it back on for 24 hours. Worst company like ever!
