Terrific customer service yesterday from NYSEG. Reported a flickering light issue around 11AM , received call about 11:30, crew was onsite by about 1:30 and issue was resolved by 3

We lost power at 7 p.m. due to a pole breaking during yesterday's storm. There were 8 people on our road that were out in our entire area. I reported the outage and NYSEG texted a few times to keep us updated. They texted that our power should be restored by 3:00 p.m. the following afternoon (today) and our power was restored at 3:02 p.m. Thank you NYSEG.

After over 6 months of calling and asking for help with understanding the high meter reads on my account, NYSEG sent Ginny France to the house to explain how to read the meter. What she did is discover that the wrong meter was installed. I have over 50 solar panels and yet my bills were at or above $1000 a month. She contacted the correct person to fix this error and came out personally to install the correct meter. I am extremely grateful to Ginny for her know how and action to remedy this situation. She is a blessing.
