Avoid buying boat parts from this company . Received my parts wrong and i have been calling for over a month to have the parts change or get a refund and they do nothing . Finally filled a transaction dispute with my credit card with all my proof . Lets see how it goes .

Initially poor service. I was under the impression from their website that they would ship using UPS or FedEx so used my physical address to which USPS does NOT deliver. When I saw label being prepped for USPS I immediately tried to contact them to ask them to change to either drop at the post office OR change carrier. I called right at opening - no person answered - left a message - no reply to that. Tried again later that day, again, no person there ... emailed and finally Berkan stepped in, but by then it was too late and/or their system could do nothing. I ended up with trips to the USPS sectional center (45 minutes round trip) to try to intercept. I finally was refunded properly but it took many follow ups. Berkan was excellent in his communication and follow up once he was finally engaged. They need a system that flags an address problem like I had or is more flexible to fix it and/or more customer service staffing for faster action!

Worst customer service of any on-line retailer ever. I ordered trim tabs on a Sunday. I almost immediately realized I ordered wrong kit. I then ordered the correct kit and within minutes I sent an email to cancel the first order. I followed up on Monday with additional emails and phone calls to make sure they cancelled the first order. I followed up with additional phone calls for the next 2 days which was still prior to the item being shipped. Never received a response or was able to get a live person to answer the phone. Later received both kits. I noted that the box for the 2nd kit did not appear to be factory sealed. When I tried to put together the kit I found that the mounting hardware within the kit was not correct for that kit. I called the manufacturer who confirmed the parts within the kit were not compatible. So now I had to deal with returning both kits. When I finally got a response to my return request I was told that they needed to talk to the manufacturer to confirm the problem. After several more days they told me I must be wrong and the kit should work. After several more emails they finally provided a return authorization. It’s now been 4 weeks since they received the return and they still haven’t issued a refund. When i emailed them that their service was poor they accused me of calling and using abusive language. I noted that there are other reviews in which they also use this excuse of receiving abusive feedback to justify delaying refunds and charging restocking fees.

They told me they could not ship to my po box and then shipped anyway. They shipped to a completely different state. They basically stole my money. Would not recommend doing business with this company. Negative 5 star review 🤬

Hi Nick, Our shipping policy clearly states that PO Boxes are not accepted as a shipping address. You used one anyway. The order went out and was returned to our warehouse — it did not go to a completely different state. No one is after your money. If you had simply written “sorry, I made a mistake — could you please reship or refund me,” we would have been happy to do so. Instead you used abusive language, so we are applying our policy: we will deduct the shipping fees and issue the remaining refund. Because of the language you used, your account has also been blocked from future orders. Best regards,
Jeff H.
Ordered 2 of an item, coming from 2 different locations. NVN kept me up to date on the shipping status. Exactly what I ordered on time... Perfect!

This is 100% scam shop. I order a very expensive $2,460.99 Humminbird and they collect my personal information but dont send it for a week and keep silent in mail! They take my money for just free gift to them... I will chargeback it with my bank and after it make a police report to unlegal resell and fake shop fishing activity... 0/10 -10/100 keep away

Ordering was pretty painless, until you need to return something. Returns are supposed to be issued 5-7 business days, what a joke, more like a month. Bad to threaten them with BBB complaint and still dragged their feet. HORRIBLE Customer service. Do yourself a favor, do business elsewhere.

Hi Tim, While we strive to provide timely service to all our customers, we have decided that we are no longer the right fit for your business. Between your two orders, we have handled two return requests, over 20 emails, billing address updates, and threats regarding the BBB. Given the significant administrative effort required for these $11.49 items, we believe it is best for you to take your business elsewhere. Your return has already been processed and a refund has been issued. We aim to be honest with our clients and will not accept threats of any kind. Account blocked for future orders. Best regards

This site is a scam. They attempt to deliver one time. Signature required. I spent 1400$ they scammed me on the delivery at 11 am on a weekday. I wasn’t home. They left a note that they will try again. So I stayed home from work the day they said they were delivering. It said delivered. It was sent back to them and for some reason sent me tracking info. I was refunded 800 of the 1400. I don’t recommend this site. The customer service is horrible. I’ll die before I don’t get that money back.
