Long time customer lost

I have been a Nutrisense customer since 2023, and had been mostly satisfied until my most recent purchase. Nutrisense is conducting research now, but they give you the 'option' of opting out. However, what they don't tell you is that if you opt out of the research they will send you Libre 1 sensors, not the Dexcom sensors that you've ordered. You place your order first (for Dexcom sensors) and then you read through pages and pages of 'research' consents that say over and over again that you have the option to opt out and that if you do, you will be sent the 'non-research sensors'. Never do they mention that the 'non-research sensors' are outdated Libre 1 sensors, which have been discontinued by the manufacturer (Abbott). Once you do find out, you can't cancel your order or opt back in to the research before your outdated sensors ship. Customer service has been completely unhelpful in making this right, even after I've said I would opt in to the research---I just want the sensors I ordered. I was told I could opt in for the remaining two months, but they will do absolutely nothing about the initial month. This is a completely unethical bait and switch sales practice. No one in their right mind would pay $200 for discontinued medical technology. Very disappointing that this company would rather lose a long time customer than replace two outdated sensors with what was actually ordered. There are a number of competitors out there, and I will be using one of their services from now on.
