I started drinking the recommended 8 8oz glasses of water daily when I started using the apple cider vinegar capsules, and I think it has helped with detox. I have GI/digestion problems, so it took longer for results regarding digestion to begin to show. For the first time in a very long time, I've been able to go to the bathroom without having to take laxatives. I can only think that adding this to my daily routine has helped with that, because I haven't changed anything else.
