I am staring to use the product

My health care specialist recommended Berberine to help manage my blood sugar. It took a couple of weeks taking a single capsule 2X daily for my body to catch on, but works great.

bought Liposomal Vit. C a few months ago, reasonably priced, seems efficient absorption.

I was very excited when I got my product in the mail. I opened up the package and was surprised that it did not have the strong ACV smell to it. The pills were on the larger size but they have not been a problem to swallow. I take them every morning at breakfast with a meal and have been going about my day. So far I have not noticed a big change but I am hoping that by day 30 this will change. The only thing that I can say is that I have noticed that I tend to burp a bit more often, Not sure what that is all about.

great product

I started the Apple Cider Vin..with the mother capsules just to appease my husband buy now after abt 25 days I'm seeing a little weight loss and energy boost. I will continue to take the capsules and see if they help me further. I was worried at first but they are easy to swallow and definitely 100% better than swallowing the liquid ACV.

Help me to gain more power & very recommended
