I'm a nurse and want to be able to protect myself as much as possible during this time of increased exposure. I had read about the increased benefits of liposomal vitamin C vs regular vitamin C and wanted to give it a try. I've had no adverse effects and feel like my allergies have reduced somewhat. I haven't gotten sick either (knock on wood).

Purchased as a preventative for the Wuhan lab virus. I had purchased a non-liposomal vitamin C supplement prior to this, and had to discontinue it's use because it gave me abdominal cramps and diarrhea.
