You guys, listen. I have some serious health issues. I've been medicated almost my whole life. I'm getting older and I'm sick of medicine. I read thru the reviews and they benefits people were boasting about. They sounded fabulous! So, I purchased them and took them immediately when they were delivered. I can't say enough about the glucosamine. I took the initial loading dose, 6 tablets a day for 2 weeks, and within days, I noticed my back pain had improved. I can move more easily, and I'm not as stiff waking up. The Apple cider has helped with my digestion and I also overall just feel better. The price for these supplements is great too! Very affordable! Definitely give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
