It was excellent service. My order was delivered to the nearest store after first attempt failed. I tried to contact customer service after noticing I couldn't track my order at first and second time when the attempt of delivery had failed. Customer service never let me down, I got a reassuring response each time I contacted them. Customer service should keep up the good service. It is highly appreciated and I have no doubt ordering again from Nutreecosmetics.
