Great customer service and such a simple system to use! I've been using them for a year now and have no complaints. They listened to my request for a certain birth control and made sure that that's exactly what was sent to the pharmacy. I appreciate the quick responses when I do have questions as well. Can't beat it!

I wish they provided Faster communication with canceling orders, or changing debit card information. I just think having to wait 5 days for a response is a little too long or sometimes no response at all. When I try to change my debit somehow it's still wrong within the system. It might be a website issue or something else, since I've tried on the app and on chrome, but i get the same results. Other than that im satisfied with how quick my orders come and how easy it is to navigate, I would recommend nurx to anyone looking for medication on budget.

My prescription was put on automatic refill for birth control and apparently there was an update on the app and it took my off of automatic refill and I had to miss my prescription two separate times and that is not something to take lightly and the individuals I spoke with about this were incredibly rude and blaming me for it.
